Refund Policy

Last updated: 29 May 2026

Because Payr delivers digital assets on public blockchains, most purchases are final. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which a refund is available.

1. Completed payouts are final

Once crypto has been broadcast to the blockchain it cannot be recalled. A successfully delivered order is not refundable. This includes orders delivered to an incorrect address that you supplied.

2. Failed payouts

If we charge your card but are unable to deliver the crypto for a reason within our control (for example a payout-provider failure), we will automatically refund the corresponding card payment to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

3. Cancelled or expired orders

If you do not complete card payment, no charge is made and there is nothing to refund. Unpaid orders expire automatically.

4. Incorrect wallet details

You are responsible for the wallet address and network you provide. Payr cannot refund or recover funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Please double-check before paying.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorised, contact us first at support@payr.to with your order reference. Filing a chargeback on a completed, delivered crypto purchase may be treated as fraudulent.

6. Contact

Refund requests: support@payr.to. Please include your order reference.
