Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Payr.to website and the card-to-crypto on-ramp service (the "Service") operated by Payr ("Payr", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Payr lets you purchase digital assets using a payment card and have those assets delivered to a blockchain wallet address that you specify. Payr does not require you to create an account, and Payr does not custody, hold, or store digital assets on your behalf. Each purchase is a one-off, self-contained transaction identified by an order reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located. The Service is not available in restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions.
3. Fees
Payr charges a flat service fee of 3% of the amount you pay. The fee is disclosed before you confirm a purchase and is included in the quoted "you receive" estimate. Card networks or your card issuer may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
4. Wallet addresses are your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address and the network you select. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you provide an incorrect, incompatible, or inaccessible address, the assets may be permanently lost and Payr cannot recover them or issue a refund.
5. Quotes and pricing
Crypto amounts shown before payment are estimates. The final amount delivered is determined by market rates and network conditions at the time the payout is executed and may differ from the estimate.
6. Compliance
We operate anti-money-laundering and sanctions-screening controls. We may decline, delay, or reverse a transaction, and may request additional information, where required to comply with applicable law or to manage fraud and risk. See our AML / KYC Policy.
7. Refunds and failed payouts
Where a payout cannot be completed for reasons within our control, we will refund the corresponding card payment. Completed on-chain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. See our Refund Policy.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or on behalf of any sanctioned person or entity. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
9. No warranties; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from asset price volatility, network failures, or incorrect wallet details supplied by you. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the service fee charged on the relevant transaction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
